For many years warrantless search and seizure has been the power delegated to police officers for them to grasp criminals for the commission of their crime however, sometimes smartphone are found in the possession of the arrestee which offers may search digital evidence regarding the crime but with Smartphone's today, they are highly more personal than the older version which are just for communication.
