Shin Am Tech Plastic Corporation is a company that manufactures products thru plastic injection process, and plastic recycle pelletizing process. The company is aiming to produce the best quality that conforms to the customer requirements. The company as a whole looks forward to achieving its goals, which is to encourage continuous search for new skills and for capability enhancement towards production of high quality products. The Products that Shin Am Tech Plastic Corp produced are Top Button for male and female, Peak sizes small and large, Shell medium size and lastly locks. The company’s commitment is not only to meet these defined requirements but also to establish a quality-governed system. The main client is Olympian. The Olympian is a company that produces horseback riding helmets they need peaks, shell and the top bottom of the helmet, which relates to us because we produce plastics materials that can make them satisfy. Another client is Kotec producers of weighted training vest. Kotec is a newly opened business, we had a verbal contract only. Kotec asks us to product safety locks for their vest. My father, Kim Hyung Gen is the owner of the company, but I am represented and assigned as the Intrapreneur to manage and lead the worker. The workers are from Olympian. Shin Am Tech Plastic Corp’s weakness was if something bad happen to Olympian, it will greatly affect Shin Am Tech Plastic Corp, because of Sub-Con Contract and Olympian is our main client. The production will not be slow even if we use one machine it will produce the products fast. Another Weakness/problem is, when the machine is broken it will take time to fix it which can delay the production.
