This field of study is about the internship experiences gathered as a student in a real corporate surrounding. All the knowledge learned from school, simply starting as adapting to new environment, up to as far as major application of management principles in this practicum. The intern is required to observe and work on a project that will test skills in planning, organizing, decision making, and time management. The project is to build up effectiveness and create new ways that may help Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) department in their work. The project's objective is to ensure the safety of the workers since the EHS department is the one in charge of implementing safety in the company. During this internship, the student learned traits such as communication skills, punctuality, creativity, and cooperation. Academic courses like Religion series, Social Science series, Language and Humanities, and Core Management courses were also practiced during the practicum. Moreover, the internship experience had helped the student to seeing a better view of how it looks like in the real corporate setting. All these day to day events collectively equipped the student with better knowledge and experiences that will definitely guide her future she is heading to. She really owe these to her professors, her school, of course to God and her parents too, and this definitely will definitely inspire her to meet her expectations by stirring harder to win the battle of competitive world in the field of management.
