Nowadays, photocopier or what they called 'Xerox machines' have been the partner of today's industry. These machines can be found not only in the offices, but also to other establishments such as: schools, hospitals, hotels, bookstores, and the like. With this scenario, many companies are much interested on creating their own brand of photocopier machines such as: Sharp, Canon, Panasonic, and the like. And this is an obvious threat to Fuji Xerox Company though they were the first to create Xerox machine, it isn't the time to be complacent yet the time to hanker more for innovations. The greatest advantage of Fuji Xerox is being the number one Xerox machine and the company must maintain being number one by seeking new information which will keep them ahead of the other companies. Continuous improvement is mandatory.
