Summary:The products of LTP Fragrances, branded as Fragranz, have different fruity and classy perfumes. The products are made of ingredients used in making finest fragrances based from information, feedbacks and experiences gained from use. The quality of the scents is assured to be on a high level. The products are placed in bottles with spray heads so that users can be easily used. Scents are Cucumber Melon, Strawberry, Frutal (Bubblegum) and Mangolino or Mango. However, another type of perfumes with also finest scents was added as the business progressed. The target customers are ladies, gentlemen and senior citizens living in Binan City and surrounding cities and municipalities who belong to class A to C. The said target market is capable of buying the product. Furthermore, ladies are very conscious about their body, how they smell and how they look like. Working ladies and gentlemen like to look nice and smell well in the office. Same is true also for school girls and boys. The enterprise seizes this need. Fragranz products are offered at a much affordable price. As it not yet intended to be put up in big malls where the cost of leasing business space is very expensive, a reason why prices are high when reckoned against its cost from source, the Fragranz products prices are greatly lowered. Medium-sized stores, beauty shops, boutiques, direct selling and group demo are just some of the marketing means and venues which entail much lesser marketing costs. The prices have very competitive edge. A lot of people can afford these products. The mode of business is direct selling and retailing. The initial money used was sponsored by angel investors or the family of the founder of the enterprise. It is used to purchase products and material. The management team is head by Lourdes Platon as Manager. She has also the position of Operation, Research and Development and Supply Officer. As Manager, she is assisted by Judith Barrameda as Assistant Manager. Judith has the additional position of Personnel and administrative Officer. The Finance Officer is Pamela Platon. The advisers and Consultants of the management team are Mr. Lorenzo C. Calaminos, Mauro Platon and Eulinia Platon who have experience in sales and marketing.
