Summary:The purpose of this project is to partially fulfill the requirement for the degree of Business Administration. This project serves as the final documentation of the internship. In chapter 1, this document contains the description and background of the company. It discussed how the company started from the beginning. It also provides the timeline of the company. Furthermore, the products, water cleaning solutions and water testing kits are also shown in this document. There are pictures provided for the water cleaning solution product. In addition, there is also a list of services offered by the company. The clients and market of the company are also listed. Some of them are corporations, restaurant, hospitals, and resorts. The organizational structure of the company are also provided graphically. It shows the employers and employees, their positions, and the departments. In chapter 2, it discusses the project done in the company. The objective of why the project should be done and the scope and limitation of the project are also discussed. In addition, chapter 2 also provides the information of why the project should be implemented in the company and why the company needs an OJT students. In chapter 3, task and activities in the company are listed and explained in detail. The tools and software used for the project and for the other tasks are also discussed in detail. This chapter provides several graphic illustration of the output of the projects and tasks. The 14 management principles of Henri Fayol are also used to describe what kind of environment of quality of the company has. In chapter 4, the workflow of the assigned task and activities are explained in graphic form. It provides easy understanding of how the assigned task and activities are done in the company. In chapter 5, the lessons learned in the company are explained. It provides information of what skills are enhanced and what new things are learned during the internship.
