Growths of investments, sales and developments of properties have been attributed to the drastic boom of the real estate market. Vertical living has been increasingly popular and the heightened demand and trend of properties particularly on condominiums have been proven to be closely associated with the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), as well as the expatriate population in the Philippines. Purposive sampling technique was employed in order to gather the data. The researchers were able to survey 72 sales agents from Federal Land Inc. and 70 sales agents from Century Properties Group, wherein the number of respondents who were able to sell a unit or units of the condominium projects identified in the study were 32 and 27, respectively.
