Real, Paolo SD Sulit, Antonio T. Tan, Allan Paulo The study involves the development of a non-government organization through an in depth analysis of their current operations. The primary focus of the study is how the organization can improve the organizational effectiveness over the next five years through innovative management practices. The objectives of this study is to aid in the progress of Foundation for Enterprise Management Innovations, Inc. (F.E.M.I), to propose strategies for the standardization of the process of the organization and to identify problems and recommend solution in specific areas of F.E.M.I.'s operations. The proponents were able to analyze their current operations and devise a set of strategies that can improve their organizational performance and effectiveness. The study uses information that was gathered through several interviews of the key personnel of the organization. The results of the assessment made by the proponents were used to generate the best possible strategy available for use by the organization. As a result, the proponents were able to construct a yearly set of strategies that will be implemented per department. The set strategies for the Marketing Department are as follows: yearly catalogue, website integration and traditional tri-media approach. For the Finance Department the proponents have devised strategies such as acquiring additional donors Roadshow events. The proponents constructed strategies for the Operations Department such as penetrate other provinces, and improve dissemination of information and additional consultants. For the Administrative plan of the organization the proponents believe that the strategies such as partnering with local government units, building alliances or affiliates with other NGOs and continuing partnership with the academe will greatly benefit the organization The proponents of this study have identified the opportunity for both social and economic development and have used their knowledge in strategy formulation to assist in the manifestation of both. 2012-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17950 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Business Administration, Management, and Operations
