All of those found infected with Babesia sp. were all Brahman-Shorthorn cross breed and the infection was noted among one to two years old cattle. Four Brahman-Shorthorn and two native cattle were infected with Anaplasma sp. and/or Theileria sp. and they were one to seven years of age.
