Description
Summary:Sabit is a screenplay that circles around a young man climb to fulfill his dream of becoming a jeepney driver. He starts from the ranks in the line of work, he starts as a barker at the age of 17 and ties to figure out a way of life that he is foreign to. Later on, due to an immediate need for money he becomes affiliated with crooks that rob fellow drivers. Due to flawless operations, the crooks offer him a job he cannot refuse, the actualization of his dream of becoming a driver is within reach. Only this time, he fulfills this dream by becoming the getaway driver for the foreign group of criminals. The inspiration of this screenplay came from a young boy aspiration to become a jeep driver, despite his ability to aspire for something more. This young boy is a testament to subjective success and that fulfillment can be found anywhere regardless of what others may say.
