Through the openness of his adoptive family to help an excited Nino find his birth mother, he also learns to realize the special kind of family he has. The story delves into some of the questions that adopted children like Nino face about his or her adoption. Also, this book shows the importance of family, openness and love in the lives of adopted children. |
