The theoretical framework to be used is Albert Memmi Racism and Oppression from his book Dominated Man. The method to be used in examining the style of magic realism is Kumkum Sangari.The Polit ics of the Possible. This study will be done by first looking at the magic realist present in the novel and from there, determine those scenes which show the relationship between characters from different races.
