Strangers: stories about mother is an undergraduate creative writing thesis-- a collection of personal essays that aims to explore the dynamics of a mother-son relationship. Based on lived experiences the stories in this collection are set in different phases of the narrator's life (from childhood to present), mostly set in the comforts of the home. Different forms of creative nonfiction are explored in this collection in line with the writer's millennial consciousness. With honest commentaries, heart-breaking realizations, and unconditional loved for the beloved, this collection shows that amidst all the odds, the mother-son relationship strives to be greater than any of their obstacles.
