Adriano, Karisthea A. Corporate visual identity (CVI) is an important factor for organizational success because it allows organizations to be different from one another through design , architecture, and even through behavior which is then reflected to their target audiences (Olins, 2011). A strong CVI system means that the organization is able to consistently incorporate its CVI elements in every activity on a daily basis, and that members are well informed about its proper use such that they can also become carriers of the CVI (van den Bosch, de Jong, & Elving 2006 Melewar et al., 2005). However, an inconsistent use of the CVI can become a problem on internal and external aspects. Such is found in the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, Inc. (FILSCAP), where different CVI elements are revealed to be used in an inconsistent manner, and where employees are not fully aware of the organization's CVI system. This affects their daily communication materials and also weakens the effort of the organization in creating a strong visual appearance to its target audience on different communication platforms, thus, this only shows that FILSCAP has a weak CVI system. To resolve this, a CVI manual is made to serve as a guide and source of information about FILSCAP's CVI system to its employees. The manual is handed over to the membership and Communications Department and was launched internally to ensure that the system will be followed accordingly on a daily basis. 2018-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/2930 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Communication in organizations--Philippines Filipino Society of Composers Authors and Publishers Inc Corporations--Philippines Associations institutions etc--Philippines Communication
