Because of the advances in technology and methods of teaching, it is now much more convenient for faculty to host online lecture and review courses that can be accessed by ECE students, reviewees, and faculty. The ECE online learning system, which hosts the WIRLCOM course, is based on Moodle 3.3, while accompanying android app is designed for users of android 4.4 onwards. Moodle was used as the framework of the system as it provided all the necessary elements, features and services needed to implement the ECE-OLS WIRLCOM course.
