The generated NTSC compatible horizontal and vertical signals are combined to form a composite sync signal and is used in the encoding circuit.The RGB signals which make up the picture informations of the CGA signals are converted into NTSC compatible RGB signals.The resulting NTSC compatible RGB signals, and composite sync signal are simultaneously input to the color encoder.
