This project is a video instructional module on printing made especially for the use of the Communication Arts majors of De La Salle University who are taking up Print Production or Printpro. This project is mainly a response to the need to augment the formal learning process of the students and to provide them with an additional reference material to supplement their readings on the subject. The project is a 27 minute instructional composed of four modules which the Printpro may use all at the same time or by module. The first of these modules is a module on the History of Printing which discussed briefly the evolution of printing through the ages. The second module is on Letterpress Printing. The next module is an Offset Lithography. Finally, the last module is about the computerization of the printing industry in the Philippines. The proponents would like to remind the user that the goal of this instructional is to familiarize the student with actual printing process and not to teach the technical skills needed in print operations.
