Preparation by spreading of pastes and characterization of ruthenium-doped Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-oxide films
The preparation by spreading of pastes and characterization of Ruthenium doped BSCCO films has been studied. XRD analysis revealed the presence of low-Tc and high-Tc was found in the sample with nominal composition BiSr2Ca2Cu2.7Ru0.3)y. This sample was sintered in air at 870 centigrade for 48 hours....
