A high-Tc and phase volume fraction of about 60% was found in the sample sintered in air for 72 hours and with nominal composition B12Sr2Ca2Cu3-xRuxOy. Electrical resistivity measurement of this sample showed an offset transition temperature Tc 100 K and the transition width (ATC) was found to be about 15 K. SEM analysis revealed that the average grain size of this sample is about 5 10 um.
