The system, through a central computer, monitors the time of which the computer has been used through a log-in- and log-out process. It also determines what the software application/s was opened. It provides security because the system is designed to limit the access of users to files and folders and would be able to notify the person in charge if a user gain access of a restricted internet site that is prohibited by the administrator. |
