Summary: | The imposition of European Union’s Trade policies entails different consequences on outsiders, both good and bad. This mostly would have the tendency to protect itself from the rest of the world mostly for its own interests. Freer trade within the EU would entail stricter trade from the outside and trade between the customs union formed and the other countries and regions would be greatly affected. The researchers think it more of a disadvantage entailing negative onsequences than an advantage entailing positive ones for outside countries such as Philippines because it would tend to decrease the trade entering the European Union. This is heightened upon the presence and development of trade and non-trade barriers together with the establishment of these trade policies. The researchers would like to find out and explore the effects of the Trade policies in exportation of goods of outside countries going to EU. It seeks to find out if, among other factors, it does in fact affect imports, particularly those Wood furniture coming from the Philippines, and are being exported to EU. This will be done through the analysis of an instrument of the European Union which is its trade policies. The researchers will be studying and analyzing its effects that would be directly and indirectly influence the entry of Philippine wood furniture exports within the European Union. |
