The old logo was a dollar sign enclosed in a coin-like circle and it was in color green which is why the company needed to change its logo immediately.Along with the revised logo, company is in need of a corporate identity manual. Since there are 33 branches and each branch is independent in terms of its operations, marketing and human resource departments, a manual is needed to achieve consistency in company's corporate identity and to unify the design of the publication materials.The thesis is in the form of a corporate identity manual that introduces the new corporate signature and clear operational guidelines on its usage and applications on printed materials. The corporate signature shows two dominant S's and their colors are in reverse of each other. This represents the relationship between Sioland Supermarket and its publics in which both parties have reciprocal dependability and response to one another. Also, this represents the collaboration and friendliness of the company with its publics and vice versa. The colors that make up the corporate signature are red, yellow and blue. The colors incorporated were based on the colors of the Philippine flag. This was done in order to and position and put more emphasis on the company being ang supermarket ng bayan! The manual was printed using HP DeskJet printer since this is the printing preference of the company and it is easier and more convenient to print for future purposes. Also, all of the company's branches are using HPDeskJet printers.
