Furthermore, the roots of the budget deficit has been described and traced back from the time of Marcos until today, where so much economic distress had happened, including the financial crisis that hit Asian economies in the year 1997.Finally, medicines have been prescribed in order to raise revenues, but it would seem that the most effective way of doing it is by having aggressive tax measures. |
