LRT and MRT are the most ideal mode of transportation. It's fast, cheap and no traffic can delay it. We may say that the concept of this locomotive vehicle is one of the greatest discoveries of all time. But as important the train may be, without the tracks it follows it is useless. Train track basically guide the train to itKristine s destination. If we want to change a direction of the route the train is taking, the change occurs on the tracks and not on the train itself. That's why it is very interesting on how tracks can be connected to another track using a switch to form a route or path. Different routes or layouts exist but the problem is that some of this layouts are in fact the same. This paper helps interested reader on how to count distinct layouts using two n-way switch. There is also a section dedicated to the different kinds of connection that can occur from one point in a track to another point in another track. There is also an included section of a tour that shows a full cycle a train can travel. 2009-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/5224 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Railroad tracks Railroad switches Electric railroads—Switches Mathematics
