Sayaw ng buhay is a video documentary presenting the hardships, experiences and motivations of Lovely Abella, while she pursues a life as a sexy back-up dancer of the noontime show Wowowee. It also reveals some of the unseen particulars of being a dancer employed in the broadcast network ABS-CBN.
