Description
Summary:In the Philippines, more and more children are being affected by the effects of growing up in a single-parent home. Based on a study done by Skolnick (1991), most people find their relationship with their families as criteria to evaluate themselves. (Hutter 419) This project aims to show the psychological difficulties developed by a person who has experienced neglect and abandonment in childhood. It also aims to show how people can complete their identity by coming to terms with themselves, and how the absence of a significant person on one's life can be compensated by the love of those who are present.
