Whereas the descriptive part shows the dominance of Social factor after analysis of nine questions leaving Economic and Environmental factor at 2nd and 3rd place respectively. The second part of the research instrument delved with the use of Likert Scale, thereby making use of actual topics affecting their choice, later categorize into the three factors again.Researchers recommend that Wedding Venue companies evaluate their current operations, if they are actually practicing good customer service as how customers value it.
