Summary: | Kaisa Para Sa Kaunlaran is a non-governmental youth organization that promotes the active involvement of Tsinoys in the current Philippine setting. Its main goal is to connect the Chinese and Filipino communities through activities that cater to education, culture, and social development. In this study, the proponents aimed to resolve the inconsistent flow of communication in Kaisa's current recruitment process in order to attain potential members who would carry out and sustain its values and activities. To solve the organizational communication problem, the proponents came up with a Recruitment Program that consists of three phases, specifically: 1) a strategy, 2) a recruitment activity through a photo exhibit, 3) and an evaluation of the whole recruitment process. There was also the provision of a four-fold card to provide brief and clear information about Kaisa and its membership opportunities. Lastly, the organization's Facebook page and website were revised in order to maximize their use as recruitment tools. The whole Recruitment Program aims to provide a complete and consistent communication process for Kaisa to attract potential members. |
