This thesis aims to verify the idea that people who experience battering inside the domicile or while having a dating or sexual relationship deserve protection from the legislation, and that Section 26 of Republic Act. no. 9262, also known as the Anti-VAWC Act , should provide a broader definition of battered women syndrome to create a more favorable condition for all victims of domestic violence.
