Corruption eroded the integrity of governments, the rule of law, and the life that people deserve to live. It makes the efforts of the Philippine government to improve the lives of the Filipinos and to improve the state of the country inefficient. Various anti-corruption laws have been implemented and enforced in other countries which have since then improved the state of their nation, they were able to preserve their integrity and were also able to create a moral statement. This study shall attempt to open the possibilities of creating a law patterned by the best ant-corruption laws in order to cover more individuals who have the potential to create serious threats and damages to society through corruption and prosecuting them not only within our territory but overseas as well.
