The study involved ten cases wherein each case consisted of one doctor who treats cancer patient, a terminally-ill patient and one family member of the patient. There were three types of interview guides that were utilized in order to obtain the needed information. The results showed that the doctors tended to provide more physical/biological approach while family members are the ones who impart greater emotional/psychological support.
