The current research aims to explore the role of parental involvement in the process of choosing a career among adolescents. Using a qualitative approach, this study investigates senior high school student's perceptions of parental involvement as a contributing factor to their career decision-making. Semi-structured interviews with Filipino senior high school students were conducted and results are tackled. A descriptive qualitative design using thematic analysis brought out themes and new findings to the study.
