Survey questionnaires were distributed to graduating business students of De La Salle University, Polytechnic University, and University of Santo Tomas. There were a total number of 143 respondents in the study. Subjects were chosen through a purposive sampling technique. All data processed using Pear-son's r. Mean scores and Standard deviations were also presented in the study. It was found out that variables such as parental influence, peer influence, sibling relationship, and socio-economic status were positively correlated with each other.
