Sagana, Alphard Virgil S. Vergel de Dios, Miguel Antonio S. The study was done and analyzed to see if there is a difference between the job satisfaction and work values among Blue and White collar millennial workers or if they are not significant. The study's population was composed of 182 White and Blue collar Millennial workers, ages 23-35 years old, using a criterion sampling as our sampling method. The method used for this study is t-test for two independent samples with Descriptive Comparative study as our background. The mean and standard deviation of the job satisfaction were 143.22 and 11.98 respectively for White collar workers. 139.84 and 11.79 were the mean and standard deviation, respectively, for the Blue collar workers. As for the work values, both Blue collar and White collar workers have Altruism, their rank 1 compared to the other 11 sub dimensions while having Surroundings and Intellectual Stimulation, 2nd and 3rd respectively, for Blue collars. As for White collars, their 2nd and 3rd are Achievement and Creativity, respectively. The results have shown that the difference between the White collar workers and Blue collar workers are significant with a p-value < 0.05 job satisfaction. The results of the study have shown that White collar Millennial workers have a more significant increase in job satisfaction than Blue collar Millennial workers. 2019-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/6078 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Employees White collar workers Blue collar workers
