The study was done and analyzed to see if there is a difference between the job satisfaction and work values among Blue and White collar millennial workers or if they are not significant. The study's population was composed of 182 White and Blue collar Millennial workers, ages 23-35 years old, using a criterion sampling as our sampling method. The method used for this study is t-test for two independent samples with Descriptive Comparative study as our background. As for the work values, both Blue collar and White collar workers have Altruism, their rank 1 compared to the other 11 sub dimensions while having Surroundings and Intellectual Stimulation, 2nd and 3rd respectively, for Blue collars.
