Applying that particular framework, this research determined which particular factors cause the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) teaching in the different universities in Manila. Job satisfaction surveys were distributed and it was found out that fringe benefits, operating procedures, and pay were the main dissatisfies while nature of work was the sole satisfier.
