Ledesma, Jacqueline Victoria S. Solidum, Jean Celina C. Sanctuario de San Antonio Prison Ministry (SSAP PM) is a ministry that provides several services to the inmates of the Makati and Taguig City Jails. The Prison Ministry relies on the amount of visitors that go weekly to help provide emotional support to the inmates. Preliminary audit results showed that the ministry was not providing information about their organized visits to their target public, the non-ministry members of the parish within the ages of 21 to 35 years old, despite the organization's perception of communicating the message to them. To resolve this problem, the researchers constructed a communication event plan and executed the event which was guided by Guanton, Bruce & Stoodley's (2012) religious information literacy for outreaching beyond church communities. The researchers also designed collaterals that complemented the event such as posters, Facebook posts, website information, and videos. The ministry utilized this event to provide information to the Prison Ministry's target public regarding their organized visits through talks, videos, and a photo exhibit showcasing how the ministry organizes with the city jails. 2017-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/6481 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Church work with prisoners -- Marketing Church work with prisoners -- Philippines -- Makati City Sanctuario de San Antonio Prison Ministry (Philippines) -- Marketing Interpersonal and Small Group Communication Organizational Communication
