One Spirit, Our Airline is an 8-minute video presentation for Asian Spirit's 2nd Anniversary. This video presentation aims to motivate Asian Spirit employees and other members to increase their level of productivity by instilling pride and commitment to their work by incorporating visuals and sounds characteristic of those which employees usually encounter in their work and how they, as employees and members, are essential towards the fulfillment of Asian Spirit's organizational goal of providing fast, reliable and on-time departure services within the country. In editing the video, the proponents made use of the De La Salle University facilities for the rough cut, which is from Video-8 to VHS format. For the final cut, however, the proponents made use of a professional editing studio. For the purpose of the scheduled defense the proponents had the release copy in a VHS format. For evaluation purposes, the Sales and Promotions Manager conducted an open forum right after the video presentation during their anniversary in order to find out if purpose of the project has been fulfilled.
