Description
Summary:Graphics User-Interface (GUI) systems are the current trend in the computer industry and one of the most popular GUI systems is Microsoft Windows. Although GUI systems emulates how people do things in the real world, it is not easy task for developers to design and implement GUI applications. Most often than not, designing and implementing user-interfaces require a large portion of the software development time. However, with the advent of user-interface management system, the burden of software developers is lessened. This paper aims to come up with a user-interface management system to aid Windows developers in designing and implementing their user-interface designs. It also looks into the possibility of using an object-oriented methodology in developing the system. The objectives of the system is outlined including the software requirements specification. The results and observations on how the system met the objectives are also explained. Finally, a conclusion is given together with future recommendations.
