Summary: | Silang nasa Lourdes is a 12-minute organizational video in the form of a documentary. It features three adopted multiple handicapped kids of the Handicapped Center Lourdes namely JC, Mina, and Daisy. Each kid is featured in the video for approximately three minutes.
Our goal is to generate donations and sponsorships for the organization through this documentary. The video shows and discusses the history/case, development, and individual daily activities of the aforementioned children. The caretakers are also included in this video to explain how they treat and take care of these children.
It is inconvenient for the target sponsors/donors to visit the center thus, they request for a visual back up for them to be able to see the scenario of the multiple handicapped kids. This documentary is a more practical way to get a glimpse of how these children cope with their everyday lives. A video will explicitly exhibit the challenging conditions of these kids. Furthermore, a documentary is a good tool to stimulate greater emotional appeal from the potential sponsors/donors. We want them to feel that they are capable to share and take part in the lives of these children.
A representative from the organization will set an appointment with the potential sponsors/donors and present this video together with the proposal and sponsorship letters. Should these potential sponsors/donors have questions, they can easily raise their concerns to the representative. |
