Forty (40) of the participants are coming from the lower class and the other forty (40) from the upper class. The population is composed of nineteen (19) to sixty six (66) years old. The researchers were able to prove their hypothesis, which states the upper classes have higher prejudice against drug users wherein social identity theory was used as the basis.
