The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the PAGKAMULAT Program for Faculty of schoolyear 1992-1993. It sought to determine whether the faculty members were aware of the existence of the PAGKAMULAT Program and its activities. It also endeavored to find out the difference in the importance the participants and non-participants attach to La Sallian values. Furthermore, it attempted to establish a relationship between certain teacher variables and participation in the PAGKAMULAT activities. The design of the study was both descriptive and quasi-experimental in nature. The non-probability convenience sampling technique was used. There were a total of 141 respondents 62 participants and 79 non-participants. The data gathered were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, t-test, phi coefficient, Cramer coefficient and the point-biserial correlation coefficient. Findings revealed that majority of the respondents were aware of the existence of the PAGKAMULAT program and its activities. However, the participants and non-participants attached almost the same level of importance in the 7 value levels embodied in the Mission Statement Values Inventory. Hence, there was no significant difference in the level of the values of the participants and non-participants. Moreover, the teacher variables were not found to be very significantly correlated with participation in the PAGKAMULAT activities. 1993-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/6911 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository De La Salle University--Faculty Panglipunang Kamalayan Tungo sa Makabuluhang Layuninm, Aksiyon at Tungkulin (PAGKAMULAT) Teachers, Training of Social values De La Salle University Pagkamulat Office Psychology
