Padden and Humphries said that the deaf have found ways to define and express themselves through their rituals, tales, performances, and everyday social encounters Through this short feature, the proponents showed how the deaf expressed and interacted with their personal and online relationships.
ASL is a modern romantic story of how a deaf girl, Andi, meets and eventually develops romantic feelings for Lucas who she has recently met through an online dating site. Later on, as the story progresses both of them will find out that they are both deaf. |
