The study aims to explore if Team Based Muay Thai has an impact on the overall well-being of a person which is connected with people experiencing depressive symptoms. The well-being of person is explained and described in the study as having three major components which are Cognition, Self-esteem, and Emotional Regulation. The participants that were selected were five Filipinos males and five Filipinos females, age ranging from 16-23 years of age and coming from one team in the Philippines Team Jaakphukao which solely focuses on teaching Muay Thai in a team based setting.
