Description
Summary:Object-Oriented Graphics Software Package (OOGSP) is developed to reduce the problems of current graphics software packages, namely that these packages tend to be non portable they tend to have different functionalities creating a heterogeneous set of users and systems and that they consist of collections of subprograms making the nature of abstraction limited. Reducing these problems is made possible because of the Object-Oriented approach. A brief but clear definition of Object-Oriented Programming is that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the real world and computer programming. Entities in the real world are directly implemented into objects in programming. In other words, there is no need to conform these entities in order to computerize them. OOGSP thus, is based on this concept. It is a set of two-dimensional graphics library routines. These routines are not only capable of drawing graphical elements but also have the capability to manipulate these elements by performing operations on them.
