MathGraphs is a software package created to assist students in the study of Analytic Geometry. It is an Artificial Intelligence Based Computer Aided Instruction (AI-BASED CAI) software. MathGraphs provides tutorials that would help students learn at their own pace. Drill questions with varying levels of difficulty are also supplied. MathGraphs provides appropriate hints in the drill option to help the user recall correct information. Exam problems are also provided by the software. Drill and exam problems are solved by MathGraphs. Eventually, a step by step solution to the problem is imparted to the user. Graphical displays required by the problem are also provided. In addition, MathGraphs is also capable of solving user-supplied problems.
