It hosts various adventure activities categorized into Tree Top, Trekking, Ultimate and Tree-drop adventures. Tree Top Adventure Subic caters to both adrenaline-seeking individuals and nature enthusiasts. At the same time, guests take pleasure in the verdant, pristine and quiet environment of the Subic Bay, Olongapo reserve. Tree Top Adventure Subic started business last May 2008. Being a young organization, it lacked necessary written materials needed to establish the formalization of the organizational members’ job roles and function. This was evident as the result of an in-depth interview of employees showed the lack of coordination and understanding of each organizational functions and roles. Top management did not have familiarity with their subordinate’s responsibilities, and there was no clear chain of command being followed. As a result, the problem of overlapping roles arose. To address the organizational problem, the group proposed to create an Employee Manual. The manual was done in both English and Filipino to serve the diverse language of employees. The content included: company profile administrative procedures and policies operational procedures and policies code of conduct formats of necessary documents important hotlines and blank pages to write down notes. There were also two different manual designs for office and employees personal use. Methods such as observations, interviews and focus group discussion were conducted for data collection.
