Leuterio, Keely Shaye N. Marteja, Namie. The process of adjustment experienced by the siblings as they transition into a blended family setting is crucial to the development of the new family as these may generate developmental changes among the children, whether emotional or behavioral. The participants were 10 individuals from different blended families who have been merged for at least a year. Data collection was executed by conducting semi-structured interviews. The researchers used thematic analysis to find common themes that describe the experiences of adjustment in blended families.
