Subsequent to this, the Philippines had achieved investment grade ratings from Fitch Ratings, Standard and Poor's, and the Japan Credit Rating Agency. Such economic development purports economic activity that encompass corporate expansions, which presupposes increases in housing consumption and investment demand, thrusting the prices of properties upward. This paper is thus aimed at studying the effects of economic development on the volatility of land values as well as the possibility for the formation of a real estate bubble. For purposes of establishing research parameters, housing price volatility will be measured through studying the comparative effects of the property stock index, lending interest rates, remittances, non-performing loans, and the inflation rate on the land values of Makati, Ortigas, and Fort Bonifacio. 2013-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/7386 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Housing--Finance Housing--Prices--Philippines Housing--Philippines
