It aims to serve as a supplementary tool to help Families of Victims of Involuntary Disappearance (FIND) to achieve its goal of persuading barangay officials to pass resolutions, which in turn, will aid the lobbying of the passage of the Anti-Enforced or Involuntary Disappearance Act. The video will primarily target barangay officials. It will be shown during the open forums, which will be conducted by FIND volunteers in function rooms located in the nine chapters of FIND, wherein 50-70 officials from the many barangays within the vicinity of each chapter will be asked to attend through invitation. The video contains testimonies of surfaced victims, accounts of witnesses, and interviews of the victims' families using a documentary approach. It explains what the issue is all about, the rights it violates, and the contents of the bill. Desaparecidos also shows how the target audience can support the bill, and numerical records of the victims in order to present the overall situation of involuntary disappearance in the country and to highlight the issue as a pressing matter. The video utilizes a casual and personal manner of approaching its audience. The language used is Filipino. 2005-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/7399 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Human rights Civil rights Documentary videos Families of Victims of Involuntary Disappearance
