This library can be used by software developers so that it will save them the trouble of writing and rewriting routines for functions of image manipulation programs. The library can also support different graphic file formats, and can provide the developer the capability to define his own format. The main functions for presentation softwares and animation programs would also be included so that the library would have a wider range of applications that can use it. The library is by no means limited to the aforementioned applications.
